HOUSE RULES
Dear Guests, For the comfort, safety and pleasant atmosphere of all our guests, we kindly ask you to familiarise yourself with and comply with the following rules of the Ledan Recreation and Rehabilitation Centre. We thank you for your cooperation and wish you a pleasant stay.
TERMS OF STAY
The management of the Ledan Recreation and Rehabilitation Centre kindly asks you to read and comply with these regulations. The purpose of these rules is to ensure safety, comfort and a peaceful stay for all guests, as well as the proper functioning of the facility. §1. Hotel day and stay conditions Rooms are rented on a daily basis. The hotel day lasts from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the following day. If the duration of stay is not specified, the reservation is considered to be for one day. Extension of the stay requires notification at the reception desk by 10:00 a.m. on the day preceding departure and depends on room availability. Staying in the room after 11:00 a.m. results in an additional night charge. In the event of early departure, no refund is granted for unused stay. §2. Payments and reservations The guest is obliged to settle the payment for the stay in accordance with the reservation conditions. The facility has the right to refuse extension of the stay in case of outstanding payments. §3. Scope of services and liability of the facility The facility provides services in accordance with its category and standard. Any complaints regarding the stay should be reported immediately at the reception desk. The facility ensures: conditions for rest, safety of stay, professional service, cleaning and necessary repairs. The facility is not responsible for inconveniences caused by factors beyond its control (e.g. utility interruptions, weather conditions). §4. Guest liability The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage caused by themselves or by visitors staying with them. In the event of damage, the facility has the right to charge the guest for repair or replacement costs. The guest is obliged to report any damage immediately to the reception desk. §5. Safety and property The facility is liable for items brought in by the guest in accordance with applicable civil law provisions. Valuables, money and valuable items should be deposited at the reception desk – otherwise the facility’s liability may be limited. §6. Rules of conduct The guest is obliged to: use the room in accordance with its intended purpose, respect the rules of social coexistence, maintain order and proper condition of the room equipment. When leaving the room, it should always be locked and the key returned to the reception. It is prohibited to transfer the room to third parties. Unregistered persons may stay in the room until 10:00 p.m. Quiet hours apply from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. §7. Prohibitions Smoking of tobacco and tobacco products is prohibited throughout the facility. In case of violation, a fee of 500 PLN will be charged for room refreshing. It is prohibited to: use electrical devices not included in the room equipment, engage in behaviour that threatens the safety of other guests, disturb the peace of other guests. §8. Right to refuse service The facility has the right to refuse accommodation or further services to a guest who: violates the regulations, disturbs order or peace, is under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances, poses a threat to other persons or property. §9. Lost property Items left in the room after departure may be sent to the indicated address at the guest’s expense. In the absence of instructions, the facility may store the items for a specified period or dispose of them in accordance with applicable regulations. PLAYGROUND RULES
The playground is intended for children’s recreation and leisure. Please familiarise yourself with the following rules and comply with them for the safety of all users. §1. General provisions The playground is intended for children aged 3 to 14. Children may stay on the playground only under adult supervision, who bear full responsibility for them. Users are obliged to maintain order and respect shared property. §2. Use of equipment Equipment should be used in accordance with its intended purpose and safety rules. It is prohibited to use equipment in a manner that may pose a risk to health or life. §3. Safety and responsibility Supervising persons are obliged to monitor children and respond to dangerous situations. Legal guardians are responsible for any damage caused by children. Persons who damage equipment or infrastructure are financially liable for the damage. §4. Prohibitions It is strictly prohibited on the playground: consumption of alcohol, smoking tobacco, presence of persons under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances, littering, damaging equipment or greenery, bringing animals, behaviour that threatens the safety of others. §5. Final provisions Persons violating the rules may be asked to leave the playground. Any damage or irregularities should be reported immediately to the reception desk. SMALL SPA RULES
The Small SPA is a place of relaxation, tranquillity and regeneration. Please familiarise yourself with the following rules and comply with them for the comfort and safety of all guests. §1. General provisions The SPA area is a quiet zone. Children under 10 years of age may stay in the SPA only under adult supervision. Each guest uses the SPA at their own responsibility, taking into account their health condition. §2. Health and safety Use of the SPA is not recommended for: people with heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, people with diabetes, people taking blood-thinning, antihistamine, sedative medications or beta-blockers, pregnant women, people with open wounds or skin inflammations, people showing symptoms of conditions that may pose a risk to others. In such cases, prior medical consultation is recommended. The facility is not responsible for health effects resulting from use of the SPA contrary to these recommendations. §3. Rules of use Before entering the SPA area and sauna, the body must be thoroughly washed. Silence should be maintained and the comfort of other guests respected. Staff have the right to warn or remove persons who do not comply with the rules. Any irregularities or hazards should be reported immediately to staff. §4. Responsibility and property Valuables should be deposited (information at the reception desk). The facility is not responsible for items left in the SPA area. Guests are financially liable for any damage they cause. §5. Prohibitions In the SPA area it is prohibited to: smoke tobacco, consume alcohol, stay under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances, bring glass containers, consume food or chew gum, disturb the peace of other guests. §6. General recommendations For comfort and safety, it is recommended to: drink still water before, during and after using the SPA, avoid heavy meals approximately 1 hour before use, inform staff about any health conditions. §7. Sauna use The sauna should not be used by persons with health contraindications (especially heart conditions, hypertension, pregnancy). A single sauna session should not exceed 10 minutes. After each session, the body should be cooled down and rested. In the sauna it is required to: use a towel (the entire body must be in contact only with the towel), remove jewellery before entering. It is prohibited to: use personal oils or fragrances, dry towels or personal items, stay without a towel. §8. Final provisions Persons violating the rules may be asked to leave the SPA area. Your personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of performing the agreement and taking necessary actions prior to its conclusion. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for concluding and performing the agreement. Your data will not be stored longer than necessary, i.e. for a period of 10 years (+1 year) from the end of the agreement. Like most businesses, we use services of external entities, which may involve transfer of personal data. Your data may therefore be transferred to accounting firms, legal service providers, payment operators, hosting providers, newsletter service providers and insurers. The Controller does not intend to transfer data to third countries or international organisations. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, transfer it, delete it, or limit its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. No automated decision-making, including profiling, is carried out based on your personal data. SECURITY POLICY
All personal data are stored both in the reception computer system and in paper form at the reception desk of the Ledan Centre. Access to and processing of the data is granted to the owners/administrators of personal data and to employees of the reception and accounting departments, who have signed confidentiality agreements and have been familiarised with GDPR regulations.
